Half-day rate

Room available for up to four hours

  • Chilled conference beverages in the room: Apple juice, grape juice, still and sparkling mineral water; unlimited use during the conference
  • Seasonal two-course meal selected by the head chef for lunch or dinner, with a selection of three main dishes (meat, fish and vegetarian) incl. water and apple juice at the table
  • 1 x coffee break with coffee, tea, brain food and fruit
  • Mornings: sweet and/or hearty baked goods
  • Afternoons: a selection of sweet baked goods
  • Unlimited amount of warm beverages during the conference provided by a self-service automatic coffee machine located outside the room

Price per person €35  /  without lunch: €22.00 per person

  • Air-conditioned, sunlit conference room (corresponding to the number of participants)
